CUSTOMER SERVICE

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company in Santa Clara, is looking for a skilled customer service representative. The ideal candidate would be able contribute to multiple teams and is willing to learn multiple facets of the company, including assist with the assembly team. The is a temp to hire opportunity.

Customer Service:

• Working in a manufacturing environment
• Graphic design experience: Adobe Photoshop, powerpoin, CorelDraw
• Proficient in Sage/Peachtree, Excel, or QuickBooks to quote customers, inventory and Shipping.
• Ability to multi task and love for a variety of roles, wearing multiple hats as needed.
• Ability to understand technical terms, and help customers place orders.
• Sales experience to quote invoices, shipping labels and shipping invoices
• Need good communication skills
• College degree preferred in business administration, graphical design or equivalent.
