Cabinet Maker with Trade Show Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker with hands-on experience in trade show exhibit construction and installation. This role combines craftsmanship with creativity, requiring precision woodworking skills and the ability to build custom pieces for high-impact trade show displays.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and assemble custom cabinets, furniture, and display units for trade shows and events.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and design specifications.
• Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with designers and project managers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Assist with on-site installation and dismantling of trade show booths and exhibits.
• Maintain a clean and organized workshop and adhere to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in cabinet making or woodworking (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Familiarity with trade show exhibit construction and installation.
• Ability to work with various materials (wood, laminates, hardware, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials and work in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of CNC machinery and advanced woodworking techniques.
• Experience with finishing, painting, and laminating.
• Understanding of trade show logistics and booth assembly.
