Our Client, a multinational imaging & electronics company produces electronic products and offers Software as a Service (SaaS) document management solutions seeks accomplished “Copy/Mail Clerk” in Chicago, IL 60631.


Position: Copy/Mail Clerk (Job Id: 16896)

Location: Chicago, IL 60631

Duration: 3+ months (Temp to Hire)

Work hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm.



  • Extended period of time standing and walking.

  • Receive, check in, deliver USPS mail, accountable packages, etc.

  • Apply postage to outgoing mail utilizing a mail machine.

  • Potential relief for receptionist (breaks and lunches).

  • May provide assistance with copying.

  • Put away reams of paper at various copy areas throughout customer building.

  • Assist with miscellaneous customer requests as needed.



  • Strong customer service, good communication skills, able to spend extended periods of time standing and walking, able to work well in a team environment, good initiative, able to work well on their own.

  • Dependable and reliable.

  • Friendly and approachable.

  • Must have clear, professional communication, as they will provide break coverage to the Reception Desk.
