The Customer Support Specialist will assist a medical device company in the Sorrento Valley area. You will be responsible for answering customer inquiries over the phone and via email.

Job Description

  • Answer high volume of inbound calls that come through the technical support line or via email.

  • Uses training materials and process flow charts to record accurate and thorough documentation of customer contact calls and emails within the CRM system.

  • Able to properly de-escalate calls and use resources to solve complaints and issues

  • Routinely demonstrates superior customer service skills.

  • Communicates with customers in a courteous, professional, cooperative and mature manner.

  • Ensures work is performed in compliance with company policies including Privacy/HIPAA

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

    • Bachelors in Biology/health or related field preferred

  • Experienced with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.

  • Ability to type at least 55wpm with a high rate of accuracy.

Bilingual-English/Spanish is a plus
