The Contract Recruiter is responsible for the complete life cycle recruitment process, candidate sourcing and assessment as well as maintaining good hiring practices. This position will attract and place high quality talent across the enterprise that performs well.
Source and recruit qualified candidates for open positions. Use the most efficient and effective method of recruiting based on the position’s requirements.
Work closely with Hiring Managers to determine staffing needs and timeliness of the recruitment process.
Build and manage relationships with the hiring managers.
Communicate regularly with the candidate and hiring managers
Complete reference checks
Advise/counsel hiring managers
Track/update requisition status regularly in current ATS and recruiting log
Collaborate with the HR Partner on recruitment strategy, concerns, issues, etc.
Minimum of 5 years of full cycle recruiting experience is required
Bachelor's Degree is required
Experienced recruiting for scientific roles is preferred
