Our client, a renowned medical equipment company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver professional customer service to all clients and patients

  • Assist client patients with ordering equipment and supplies

  • Will be contacting patients via phone to check-in on their therapy status, collect information, and order therapy supplies

  • Will assist patients with issues, and escalate appropriately when issue needs to be addressed by local provider

  • Ensure all stakeholders are appropriately informed on all client and patient issues that arise

  • Follow up with all patient emails and system generated alerts

  • Generate reports in Excel and report daily/weekly on individual activity

  • Will maintain client account records, track deadlines and manage tasks in web based tools

 

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional client/customer support experience

  • Exporting experience a must!

  • Strong two way communication skills, written, and verbal

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Web Browsers (Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Safari)

  • Manage daily tasks, and activities to ensure all patients are contacted on schedule

  • Bilingual or Multilingual a plus
