Our client, an investment consulting firm, is looking for a Client Service Assistant. Great opportunity for recent college grads.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare client-ready reports, edit, print, bind and distribute client quarterly reviews

  • Provide administrative support to investment, operations and systems staffs as needed

  • Provide backup for the receptionist, answer and screening in-coming calls, greets visitors, mail and fax distribution

  • Maximize company productivity through use of appropriate software applications

  • Any other duties that may be assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Experience with receptionist duties

  • Positive Attitude, project management mindset, great attention to details

  • Excellent communication skills via phone, in person and email

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
