Investor Relations Associate

Medical device and healthcare software company is in immediate need of an experienced Investor Relations Associate. This is an important role for a highly motivated professional to partner with the VP to manage the investor relations platform. The Investor Relations Associate must have good project management and communications skills with a strong attention to detail. The associate must understand the protocol and etiquette required to interact with investors and executives and be able to communicate effectively and efficiently with all level of employees, both internally and externally.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 

Coordinate investor interactions/events such as: conferences, roadshows, investor days, annual shareholder meetings and tradeshows

Coordinate onsite investor meetings and calendaring of investor and analyst calls

Arrange all logistics for roadshows and conferences, including travel arrangements

Create and update investor relations materials, including PowerPoint presentations

Assist in developing quarterly and annual results communications, including financial results, press releases, key messages and Q&As

Manage earnings call logistics

Collaborate internally across functions, including legal and corporate communications

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a relevant discipline required

Must have a minimum of 4 years of experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Previous experience in investor relations preferred

Ability to work under time constraints and meet deadlines

Ability to perform assignments with a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Knowledge of investor relations databases, like NASDAQ IR Insight, FactSet or Ipreo preferred
