Global company with a portfolio of Cloud-based business analytics solutions, architecture consulting, and industry leading big data and analytics technology is looking for a Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation in their Rancho Bernardo Office. Position will be responsible for the oversight of all financial functions of global incentive administration. Candidate will play a critical role in the administration of annual incentive compensation payments and partner with sales, professional services, human resource, and finance senior leadership to deliver and manage the incentive compensation program globally. Candidate must have a firm understanding of GAAP and working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).
Responsibilities

Management of yearly compensation administrative guidelines

Leads the research and the resolution of compensation issues, on time

Prepare and present reports to Executive VP of Sales, Region CFO’s and Financial Controller

Oversee the designing and managing incentive compensation programs using CallidusCloud
-
Collaborate and partner with cross-functional teams

Hire, retain, and develop high-performing team
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related business discipline

Over 7 years’ incentive compensation experience in a multinational enterprise

Real-world working experience using CallidusCloud or another ERP system

Talent for fostering and maintaining relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure superior service levels
