Machine Operator & Inspector

We are looking for motivated and reliable workers to be a part of the Injection Moulding Operating team. In this role you will inspect the plastic molded parts and place them in the appropriate bins. If you have previous warehouse experience and/or machine experience then we are looking for you!


  • 3rd shift = 10pm to 6:30am ($16)


-Spanish speaking abilities is a plus

-Must feel comfortable wearing coat and hair net while out on the floor


Job Duties


  • Start machines and observe mechanical operation to determine efficiency and detect problems

  • Troubleshooting of injection molding machines

  • Replace broken water line and O-rings. Empty purge containers. Clean up water purge from mold and oil leaks.

  • Perform visual inspection of molded product including the gauges and measuring equipment

  • Ensure that Injection Mold machines are clean, as well as continuously monitor housekeeping in and around production area and material storage area

  • Ensure that established Company quality and safety standards are being followed

  • Communicate with previous or oncoming shift lead or supervisor daily to discuss any open issues (safety, quality, maintenance, production) to coordinate a smooth shift transition

  • Performs to individual goals established during meetings

  • Ensure the accuracy of all shift and inventory count and production data

  • Ability to log in and out of ERP system

  • Ability to read procedures and set-up parameters for mold and input them into injection molding press to correctly perform startup

  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned.


Qualifications and Experience


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1+ years’ experience running/operating Injection Mold machines

  • Moulding machine operation or other machine operation is mandatory

  • Strong knowledge of Plastic Injection Molding tools, processes and machinery
