Pay Rate: $17/hr. | Shift: 1st

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operating forklift equipment to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.
• Ensuring efficient and safe loading/unloading of merchandise onto/from trucks, racks, shelves, or other designated areas.
• Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the truck’s battery and lubricating equipment.
• Maintaining clear and accurate inventory records; responsible for the cleanliness and neatness of the warehouse.
• Complying with all safety codes and regulations as set forth by the company and OSHA.
• Being bilingual (English/Spanish) to ensure effective communication within our diverse team.
• Utilizing computer skills for the management of inventory and processing of relevant documentation.
• Reporting any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Forklift Operator is essential.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Basic computer skills for inventory management and data entry.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must possess a valid forklift operator’s license/certification.
