RECEPTIONIST
A Tax Company is looking for a Receptionist to handle incoming phone calls and assist the clients with their appointments for the tax preparation.
This position is Seasonal. This position is to work 2nd shift (2 pm to 10 pm), 6 days a week.
General Responsibilities
• Answer the telephone in a cordial and professional manner.
• Coordinate the client’s appointments for their tax preparation.
• Effectively process escalated or rushed tasks Competencies/Skills
• Strong emphasis on collaboration and team building
• Ability to perform multiple tasks at the same time
• Ability to respond quickly to unexpected changes
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and decision-making abilities
Required Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office
• +2 years of experience as a Receptionist
