Mission: This person is guarantor of the delivery for the electrical installations: Pilot the realization, the installation, the commissioning and the reception of the installation of their domain in the respect of the performances; quality, cost, and delivery time.
Key Expected Achievements:
- Ensures the optimization of the specifications by challenging the needs.
- Conducts feasibility studies, delivers an estimate, a schedule, a technical description and a risk analysis
- Delivers a Basic Design file (detailed design): performs or veriifies assumptions, sizing calculations and plans: challenge the proposed solutions ensures a design during technical reviews
- Transmits a quotation, a consolidated schedule, and updated risk analysis
- Delivers a building and its utlities in compliance with the codes, costs, time, quality committments by: checking the conformity of the execution plans to the specifications evaluating the performance gaps managing the changes participating in the monitoring and safety of the work place; does the preparation, planning and monitoring of the commissioning and reception of equipment and works done.
- Prepares the balance sheet and capitalizes on the project.
- Ensures continous progress in the electrical business
Additional expectations:
- Both domestic and international travel is expected and ocurs at a rate of 30%-50%
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent electrical experience
- 3 to 5 years in medium and high voltage applications
- Experience with electrical design and NEC regulations
- Experience with NFPA 70E standards and requirements
