Warehouse Workers Needed in Canton

I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for an Warehouse Workers, in Canton, GA 

Job Responsibilities:

•           Assembling a product from the client’s portfolio in accordance with the work instructions using the appropriate methods for the specific workstations

•           Packing the product using a strapping machine, in a way that the boxed product is secured properly and can be transported with limited damage. Then placing it in a bigger collection box

•           Running the product through quality test machine in order to check springs

•           Checking the finished product for proper operations (functionally) and visual appearance. 

•           Keep the equipment and the workplace in a clean condition

•           Stacking the collection boxes using a forklift in accordance with the stacking procedures. 

•           Running a quality check on finished goods, when this is ordered by the Supply Chain Coordinator in cooperation with Quality Control Management

•           Re-box productions that were quality-checked.

•           Using company supplies wisely and efficiently. Report when supplies need to be reordered.

Essential Job Functions:

•           Must be able to move up to 50lbs.

•           Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the shift

•           Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions

•           Must be able to detect any imperfections in parts on the assembly line and in the unpacked area

Work Environment:

•           Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel-toed boots

•           Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.

•           May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Schedule: 

•           Monday-Thursday 7AM-6PMpm (With overtime as needed)

Payrate: 

•           $18.50/hr.
