Maintenance Technician for Apartment Community

The Maintenance Tech will have the below job duties in an apartment complex environment: This position is for an associate that would help with property management tasks re: the upkeep of unoccupied apartment units. • Replace doors on cabinets in the units • Perform repairs on bathroom/closet doors in the units • Help with inspection of the units for cleanliness or evaluation for any upkeep that is needed • Work directly with a permanent employee of Allora Apt Homes; you will be supervised • No saw / power tool uses • No exposure to heights Experience needed: - 1 + years of maintenance experience
