ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Skillfully compound ingredients according to established formulas and procedures
Precisely weigh and measure and feed raw materials into a batch
Follow good manufacturing guidelines
Monitor equipment and observe production throughout the batch process.
Safely operate forklift and pallet jacks to gather raw materials
Clean, sanitize and inspect tools, pumps, tanks, pipelines and other equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate machinery and production line equipment safely and efficiently
Inspect products for quality and consistency
Package and label finished goods according to company standards
Supervise the production people who work on their line
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) protocols
