Schedule
- 1st – 7 am -3 pm
- 2nd – 3 pm -11 pm
- 3rd – 11 pm – 7 am
Cell Operator Duties
- Sets up manufacturing extrusion lines and continuously runs rubber products.
- Performs Quality checks correctly
- Controls profile characteristics by adjusting oven, belt, and extruder temperatures
- Keeps profile within specifications using guides
- Knows quality requirements for customer
- Able to follow work instructions and procedures
- Clean up production work area.
- Ability to use hand tools
- Complete work reports
Grinder Operator
- Load and unload product from production tooling.
- Start grinding lathe and observe operations to ensure that manufacturing specifications are met.
- Start grinding lathe machine and remove completed product at end of manufacturing cycle.
- Inspect sample workpieces to verify conformance with specifications, using instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators.
- Ability to use hand tools
- Complete work reports
- Cleanup work area
Cure Man
- Load and unload product from production tooling
- Sets heat, pressure, and time controls, according to job specifications
- Inspect sample workpieces to verify conformance with specifications, using instruments such as gauges, micrometers, and dial indicators.

Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must have some manufacturing experience
- Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
- Available to work all shifts
- Ability to stand and move a minimum of 8 hours.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
