Pay Rate:

First: $15

Third: $16

*Over time for any hours worked over 8 hours in a single day.
*Double time on Sundays if you have worked all 7 days.

Responsibilities

· Sanding, trimming, and assembling parts

· Assisting operators

Qualifications & Requirements

· No experience needed

· High School Diploma or GED preferred

· Must pass a background check (no felonies) and pre-employment drug screen

· Must be able to work with fiberglass

· Must be able to stand, bend, and move around the shop floor for the entire shift

· Must be willing to work in a hot and dusty environment

· Safety glasses, earplugs, gloves, face mask, and sleeves provided

Expectations

· Dress code: Jeans, shorts, t-shirts, sweatshirts, no offensive clothing, hard shell leather shoes or boots

· Reports to shift lead

Compensation & Benefits

· Temp-to-Hire after 520 hours minimum

· Compensation increases, insurance coverage, and PTO starts upon hire· 401K available after hire
