Backup Team Leader/Press Operator - Warren, PA

We are searching for a Work Team Leader for our client in Warren, PA. Plastics experience as a press operator is a must. Supervisory experience and experience in thermal set is preferred.

Pay: $15.50/Hour

Shift: 2nd Shift - 2:50PM-11PM, Monday-Friday

Job Purpose:

• To Produce quality products that meet our customer's expectations in an efficient manner.
• To follow all ISO related procedures, personnel policies and work in a safe and clean manner.
• Processing of thermal plastics
• Must be able to work with fiberglass.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensures accurate counts and record keeping
• Follows and understands ISO procedures
• Is punctual on shift start and breaks
• Is properly trained to perform tasks.
• Trains new associates
• Keeps a clean work environment
• Follows all safe work practices.
• Strives to meet rate.
• Works well with other associates.
• Meets following production criteria:
• - One (1) return in one (1) month
• - Absenteeism of <3%
• - Efficiencies of >70%
• - Scrap rate of <5%
• - Competent at paperwork and data entry
• - Proficient with <10 pound parts
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 10-50 pounds.
