Production Operator- $15.00 - $16.50 per hour
1st Shift: 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
3rd Shift: 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM
WEEKEND SHIFT: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
6:30 AM - 7:00 PM
We are currently in immediate need of Production Operators for an auto-manufacturing facility located in Shelbyville, TN!
Job Duties:
The ideal candidates should be able to ensure all parts fit correctly and are suitable for the final product. You will use your hands or machines to do the job with greater precision. You must have good technical knowledge and possess great manual dexterity. Ability to read instructions represented in manuals, drawings, schematics etc. and follow them with precision is extremely important.
Requirements:

Must be able to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Experience as Production Operator

Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings etc.

Ability in using tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)

Good understanding of quality control principles

Good communication skills (verbal and written)

Excellent hand-eye coordination
