Immediate career opportunity for an Administrative Professional to support the accounting department of a sustainable development company in Baltimore. The Administrative Assistant will wear many hats and provide administrative support to the company. Ideal candidates will have construction and QuickBooks experience.




  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions

  • Maintains records through filing, retrieval, retention, storage, compilation, coding, updating and destruction

  • Types routine correspondence and reports

  • Answers telephone, screens callers, relays messages, and greets visitors

  • Opens, sorts and screens mail

  • Operates office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and calculator; coordinates the servicing of equipment

  • Operates personal computer to access e-mail, electronic calendars, and other basic office support software
