A respected construction company has an immediate career opportunity for a Project Administrative Assistant. The Project Administrative Assistant will be responsible for generating, editing and preparing all time and material invoices as well as assisting with other administrative duties within the Project Management Department.



  • Must possess excellent time management and organizational skills

  • Must be able to create and maintain Excel spreadsheet files

  • Capable of multitasking, while paying exceptional attention to detail

  • Must be able to perform tasks quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Assist PMs & Superintendents as directed to help execute projects

  • Must be a team player and willing to perform other administrative duties as assigned



  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)

  • Prior experience in Viewpoint is a plus

  • Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
