Well established Plaintiff statewide Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law firm is looking for entry to

mid level litigation attorney.

Responsibilities:

· All aspects of Plaintiff PIP litigation practice

· Drafting and opposing motions

· Attending depositions, mediations, arbitrations and court appearances

Qualifications:

· Strong analytical and writing skills

· Clear and effective communication

· Ability to work independently and in a collective team environment

· Highly motivated and dedicated

· PIP experience a plus

1-1 yr experience 60-68k entry level

1-3 yrs experience 68k-95k  mid level

3-5 yrs experience 95k-120k senior level
