We are seeking a senior level Attorney with 5 or more years litigation experience to join our growing family law practice. The right candidate will mentor and manage their team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop litigation and discovery strategies to support claims
• Prepare legal documents and represent clients in court and before agencies
• Negotiate settlements
• Supervise and mentor young Attorneys
• Billable hour requirement

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:

• 5 or more years experience in litigation and/or family law
• Prior management experience preferred
• Able to mentor and develop junior level associates
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication
