Team Lead/supervisor 

Location: Orem, UT 

Pay: $18-$20/hr

Responsibilities for Team Lead:

• Lead and manage a team across production, quality assurance, and administration.
• Ensure smooth operations from procurement to packaging, meeting quality standards and regulations.
• Mentor team members, fostering skill development and performance improvement.
• Identify and implement process enhancements for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations and safety protocols.
• Prepare regular reports for management review.

Qualifications for Team Lead:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, advanced degree preferred.
• 2 years of leadership experience in nutraceutical or related industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• In-depth knowledge of production processes and quality control.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production management software.
