Job Title: Service Technician/Manager (HVAC)

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician/Manager to join our HVAC company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage a team of technicians effectively. This role involves both hands-on service work and managerial responsibilities, ensuring that our customers receive top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system issues, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Supervise and lead a team of HVAC technicians, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety standards.
- Schedule and coordinate service calls, managing workloads and dispatching technicians as needed.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in HVAC service and management.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC technician, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team, ensuring high performance and job satisfaction.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- EPA certification and other relevant certifications are preferred.
