Electronics Technician – Rework & Testing
Location: American Fork, UT
Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (DOE)
The Electronics Technician will perform hands-on repair, troubleshooting, and testing of printed circuit boards (PCBs) in a fast-paced production environment. This role requires solid hand soldering skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use electronic test equipment effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform rework and internal repair of printed circuit boards.
Troubleshoot and identify faults in electronic assemblies.
Conduct functional testing using DMMs, oscilloscopes, and power supplies.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area.
Support general production tasks as needed.
Frequent standing, sitting, and handling of small components.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
Qualifications:
Required: Experience in electronics manufacturing or assembly.
Proficiency in hand soldering and rework of through-hole and surface-mount components.
Ability to troubleshoot circuits and use test equipment (DMM, oscilloscope, power supply).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Self-motivated team player with good communication skills.
