Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Metal Framer/Concrete laborer to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have experience in foundation formwork, various framing techniques and be proficient in using power tools. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, including concrete forming(raft foundation) and building skills. You will be responsible for constructing frameworks for buildings, ensuring structural integrity, and collaborating with other trades to complete projects efficiently. Duties Construct and install frameworks for buildings, including walls, floors, and roofs. Utilize power tools safely and effectively. Perform concrete forming and metal building erection tasks as needed. Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project specifications are met. Execute building projects from the ground up. Conduct regular inspections of work to ensure quality standards are maintained. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Proven experience in frame, build, and construction practices. Familiarity with concrete forming, metal building erection, drywall installation, metal carpentry Proficient in the operation of power tools Willing to learn and ability to take initiative Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods.
