Maintenance Technician

We seek a skilled Maintenance Technician in Payson, UT to join our team at a nutraceutical company. This role involves ensuring manufacturing equipment's optimal operation and upkeep, particularly within our encapsulation, tableting, and packaging departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in these areas and a strong mechanical background to support production efficiency and quality.

Pay: $20-$25/hr

Hours: 8 am-4:30 pm M-F

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on encapsulation, tableting, and packaging equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure machinery operates efficiently and meets safety standards.
• Assist in setting up, adjusting, and calibrating equipment for different production runs.
• Monitor equipment performance, identifying potential issues and proactively addressing them to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and company policies to maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, or food industry.
• Hands-on experience with encapsulation, tableting, and packaging machinery.
• Familiarity with GMP regulations and safety protocols.
