Job Title: PL Pallet Puller

Reports To: PL Supervisor
Position Summary
The PL Pallet Puller is responsible for verifying count and tagging pallets. This role requires basic reading, writing, and math skills, as well as a positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Following instructions and maintaining a high standard of quality is essential.
Authority and Decision-Making
Takes direction from leads, supervisors, and managers.
Reports all quality issues immediately.
Makes decisions within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Handle and move finished racks and pallets.
Replace finished pallets/racks.
Follow set procedures for each product/part.
Communicate any defective or rejected parts to leads and supervisors.
Verify part counts using green dot system and initialing for accountability.
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members.
Other duties may be assigned as needed.

To qualify for Pallet Puller, employees must:
Skills and Abilities
Language: Able to understand and interpret safety rules, work instructions, and basic reports.
Math: Can perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division).
Computer Skills: Not required.
Certifications: Must hold basic safety and quality certifications.
Work Environment
Employees in this role are frequently exposed to:
High heat and humidity
Loud noise levels
Moving mechanical parts
Occasional exposure to:
Slippery or uneven surfaces
Potentially dangerous situations
Physical Requirements
This position requires:
Frequent pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, standing, walking, and repetitive hand movements.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and team lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
Specific vision capabilities including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception.
