Job Description:

Provide restoration services for structures that have been damaged by fire, mold, water, and weather.
-
Water extraction, pad removal and replacement, carpet/floor drying and cleaning, mold and mildew remediation,
-
Deodorization/decontamination, emergency electrical power, demolition and debris removal
-
Mold removal, containment, negative air machines, air scrubbers, content cleaning and storage
-
Plumbing, heating, electrical, framing, drywall, demolition, roofing, siding, painting and paperhanging, and duct work.
Job Requirements:

High school degree or equivalent
-
Basic math skills
-
Must have knowledge of computer/iPad
-
Bilingual is a plus
-
Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-
Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time
-
Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
-
Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces

Must have valid driver license with a reasonable driving record

Background check subject to applicable law
-
We provide 24 hr emergency service, must be able to work overtime as needed and to be on call

Some night, weekend and holiday work is required
