Position: Mold Inspector ( Temporary to Full time)

Pay: $15.00

Shift: 3rd shift 11:00PM-7:30AM Sunday - Thursday (Some overtime required)

Job summary:

As a plastics mold press operator, you will be responsible for operating and tending to injection plastic molding machines, with the goal of molding and casting various plastic products

Duties:

• Inspecting the quality of the plastic mold coming out of the press machines. ?

• Utilizing tools such as pliers, box cutters, and gauging tools to trim, cut, and measure parts.?

• Visually inspecting, counting, sorting, and assembling parts as instructed. ?

• Additionally, you will need to ensure that your workstation is clean and tidy using brooms, mops, and wipes throughout shift exchange and your shift.?

•  It is also essential that you complete the operator's sheet on a daily basis in English and carry out any other miscellaneous tasks assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements:

• Possession of a high school diploma, GED, or an equivalent certification.?

• Ability to stand on your feet for a full 8 hours during shifts.?

• Skillful use of hand tools, such as pliers and box cutters.?

• Proficiency in operating slow-paced repetitive machinery.?

• Keen attention to detail.?

• Capable of lifting up to 10-45 lbs. on an consistent basis.?

• Proficient in completing daily operator sheets in English.

Work Environment:

• Our plastic product manufacturing plant operates on a 24/5 schedule with three shifts. Our specialized work involves using plastics mold machines to create different parts for our clients. Our facility is temperature controlled, however, there may be a slight odor from the plastics. We allow the use of headphones for listening to music, but ask that only one headphone be used for safety reasons
