Our Client is seeking individuals with specific traits to work in a call center environment. You will be
working closely with Department of Public Safety employees, directing and vetting calls and contacts
through a telephone hotline, mobile apps and the internet.

This position works closely with various Department of Public Safety employees, allied agencies, nongovernmental agencies, community partners and citizens. Candidates must be willing and able to work
shift work (day swing and/or graveyard shifts) holidays and weekends.
Minimum requirements to qualify for the position: A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong verbal
and written communications skills; the ability to multi-task, perform under pressure in a stressful
environment, possess strong typing skills, entry level experience with Microsoft Office and Excel, and
able to complete and pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening.
Not required, but preferred: Candidates who possess training and experience in social work, counseling,
life coaching or have experience in telecommunications or digital communications background.

You will be communicating with individual callers:
* Providing tips to an anonymous tip platform
* Inputting calls or dialog data into a software program
* Monitoring the status of tips forwarded to recipient(s)
* Communicating with recipient(s) via the telephone, tip platform, and email.
* Maintaining records and files
* Planning and preparation, composing and editing correspondence
* Data entry

Skills required:
* Basic/Intermediate computer skills
* Able to navigate through computer programs (non-descript)
* Typing skills, able to hear while on phone, and see computer-(system is non adaptable)
* People and communication skills
* Able to receive verbal information and type the information accurately and swiftly
* Able to read and comprehend typed messages
* Confidentiality, and training thereof
* Able to communicate with children in a non-biased manner
* Able to work in a team and accept constructive criticism

Required:
Must be able to work Day [7:00AM-3:30PM], and/or Swing [3:00PM-11:30PM], and/or Grave
[11:00PM-7:30AM] for a 24/7/365 agency to include holidays and weekends.
The position is located in Carson City, Nevada and is not remote.
Must be drug free, including THC - Drug test requirement.
Must be able to pass background - No wants/warrants.
Must have no visible tattoos
This is a long-term position.
