Machine Operator 1: 1. Mostly involved in machine set up, clean up, lot coding/stamping/bookkeeping, packing of finished goods and basic machine production Machine Operator 2: 1. Lead operator of teabag machines 2. Mostly involved in machine production and machine troubleshooting in addition to all duties outlined in Machine Operator 1 Machine Operator 3: 1. Lead operator of teabag machines with advanced knowledge of machine troubleshooting 2. Mostly involved in execution of production without oversight in addition to all duties outlined in Machine Operator 1 and 2 REQUIREMENTS: 1. No experience necessary. Employer willing to train for job responsibility and for on the job safety steps. 2. Ability to stand for eight (8) hours, stretching and bending. 3. Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds. 4. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced production line environment; 5. Ability to climb step ladder and go up lift frequently. Must have awareness of heights and balance. 6. Regular stooping, kneeling, climbing, bending at the waist, reaching, handling, fingering 7. Must be a team player. Must have willingness to learn and no attitude with peers. 8. Must be willing to train peers in how to operate machinery. 9. Outstanding communication skills with all departments concerned (Bulk, Blending and Production). 10. Stable work history and outstanding job performance review by Manager. 11. Basic computer skills to operate machinery menu on screen. 12. Capable of working on a semi-automated machine requiring high attention to detail; 13. Maintain and follow NSF procedures and requirements for sanitation, production logs as well as cleaning/sanitation etc. per company’s NSF policies. 14. Manually pack units of bulk tea or teabags/boxes, and packages into shipping cases, seal and tape boxes as required. Assist in machine setup and cleaning. May operate machinery to produce finished products. 15. Bilingual English/Spanish a plus. 16. Work in an environment that is dusty and be able to work on feet for duration of shift
