Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Shipping & Receiving Associate / Tinting Technician. This position is responsible for the accurate shipping and receiving of finished goods, tinting base products to meet customer color specifications, and supporting the Service Center Manager in achieving operational goals. The role involves both physical labor and administrative duties, requiring attention to detail, commitment to safety, and a strong work ethic.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments of raw materials

  • Gather, pack, and ship finished goods according to order specifications

  • Tint base products to match customer-specific color requirements

  • Print and apply appropriate labels for materials and finished products

  • Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently

  • Operate LN hand scanners and related warehouse software

  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and proper documentation

  • Keep the work area clean and organized

  • Comply with all safety, quality, and ISO certification standards

  • Assist in maintaining high standards for customer service and product delivery

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Warehouse and shipping/receiving experience preferred

  • Forklift certification or ability to pass a forklift certification test

  • Basic computer skills and ability to complete digital training and tasks

  • Ability to read and interpret safety guidelines, work orders, and manuals

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 100+ lbs regularly

  • Stand for extended periods (up to four hours without a break)

  • Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching

  • Occasional climbing, balancing, and working at heights

Working Conditions:

  • Warehouse environment with occasional outdoor exposure

  • Exposure to moving machinery, vehicles, high heat, and industrial chemicals

  • Use of standard office and warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks, computers)

  • Possible exposure to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, dust, and mists
