Position: Warehouse Associate
Location: Fernley, NV
Schedule:

• Monday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Tuesday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (hours may vary based on site needs)
• Overtime: Saturdays as needed
  Pay: $17.43 – $21.50 per hour
  Industry: Logistics / Distribution / Warehousing

We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in Fernley, NV. This role is ideal for individuals with prior warehouse and forklift experience who thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll rotate through various warehouse functions, gaining valuable skills and contributing to efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and pack orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently
• Operate shipping systems and RF scanners for inventory tracking
• Receive incoming products: unload, count, verify, and store items
• Operate forklifts, power conveyors, and automated picking equipment
• Understand and utilize barcode technology
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse operational guidelines
• Consistently meet or exceed productivity and quality standards
• Wear required PPE, including steel-toed boots
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Warehouse experience required
• Forklift experience required
• Ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Positive attitude and excellent attendance record
• Comfortable working in a structured, fast-paced environment
