We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Clerical Assistant to join our team and support daily administrative and office tasks. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations by assisting with filing, data entry, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and handling other clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
- Maintain organized records and databases for easy access.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors in a polite and professional manner.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as required.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in all tasks.
- Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.
Work Environment:
- Office setting with standard hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
