Position: Conveyor Loader
Location: USA Parkway, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Industry: Logistics / Warehouse Operations

We are seeking dependable and physically capable Conveyor Loaders to join our warehouse team in USA Parkway. This role is essential to maintaining the flow of product through the conveyor system and ensuring trucks are loaded efficiently and safely. Candidates must understand the physical demands and fast-paced nature of this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load trucks using conveyor belts throughout the shift
• Monitor and manage product volume being diverted down the conveyor lane
• Maintain a steady workflow to meet daily loading targets
• Lift and move packages weighing between 30–70 lbs
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and demonstrate a safety-first mindset
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to lift 30–70 lbs consistently throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay focused
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Must be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Previous warehouse or conveyor experience is a plus
