We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Prepper to join our team in Minden, NV. In this role, you’ll play a key part in preparing materials and work areas to support smooth production and assembly operations. This position is ideal for someone who values quality, efficiency, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare materials, parts, or products for assembly, production, or shipping

• Inspect and clean items to meet quality standards

• Sort, organize, and stage materials to ensure an efficient workflow

• Follow company guidelines and safety protocols when handling products

• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment

• Assist with packaging, labeling, and completing documentation as needed

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team

• Must be dependable and punctual

• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
