Facilities Cleaning Specialist

The Facilities Cleaning Specialist position reports to Quality. They will work independently and as a team while performing daily janitorial and facilities support work. The Facilities Cleaning Specialist will ensure that facility and facility grounds are kept clean and in good repair. Job Duties: •Clean building floors, walls and furniture •Clean bathrooms thoroughly •Cleans Kitchen, Café and Lobby •Ensure that bathrooms and breakrooms have proper levels of paper products •Remove waste from facility on a daily basis •Keep soap dispensers full in bathrooms, breakrooms and production areas •Uphold plant safety, health and environmental programs •Perform daily check of facility grounds •Restock supplies for cleaning purposes, breakroom utensils and paper products •Other duties may be assigned •Upholds, inspires, and rewards adoption of company mission and values in the workplace. Job Requirements: •Ability to multi-task •Push, pull, lift and carry up to 45 pounds •Strong verbal and written communication skills •Self-directed •Ability to work individually and as part of a team •Willingness to follow OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment for self and coworkers
