About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Rebar Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for cutting, bending, and assembling steel bars and mesh to reinforce concrete structures. You’ll play a critical part in ensuring the strength and integrity of construction projects ranging from commercial buildings to infrastructure developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and bar bending schedules.
• Measure, cut, bend, and assemble rebar using manual and power tools.
• Operate fabrication machinery such as shears, benders, and rebar cutters.
• Tag and bundle fabricated rebar for delivery or installation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in rebar fabrication or a related field preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials (up to 75 lbs).
