Position: Production Technician – Special products/Spray powders 
Location: Fallon, NV.
Schedule: Either a Sun-Wed or Wed-Sat 10 hrs shifts (must be open to both day/grave shifts)
Pay: $22/hr

Join a leading manufacturer of tungsten steel used in high-performance tools. We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Production Technician to support operations in both the Pan Room and Wastewater departments. This is a hands-on role in a warm environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Pan Room Operations:

• Assist in the production of tungsten carbide pellets
• Lift and load materials (up to 33 lbs) into hoppers
• Hand-screen materials to ensure quality
• Operate forklifts to transport materials
• Wear a respirator and appropriate PPE in a warm work environment
• Dress appropriately for conditions and wear steel-toed boots

Wastewater Operations:

• Clean and dry materials using tables, dry screws, and other equipment
• Operate wastewater systems and log data accurately
• Inspect materials using microscopes and acid testing
• Unload acid trucks as needed
• Perform preventative maintenance and maintain cleanliness in the department

General Duties:

• Post material data in the computer system
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and notify maintenance
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads
• Assist in training new employees
• Fill in for other departments as trained

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 33 lbs and work in warm conditions
• Must be able to wear a respirator and steel-toed boots
• Forklift experience preferred
• Willingness to rotate between day and graveyard shifts monthly
• Adherence to all OSHA and company safety regulations
