Summary:
Responsible for coordinating production, customer service, and shipping operations for a local Fernley Plant. Manages order entry, logistics, purchasing, reporting, and recordkeeping to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer order entry and ensure compliance with packaging and shipping requirements.
  • Coordinate shipping logistics (OTR, rail, ocean freight) with internal teams and external partners.
  • Place and manage purchase orders in SAP (AX) system.
  • Track inventory and supplier invoices.
  • Maintain accurate records for customer orders, MSHA reports, service contracts, and compliance documents.
  • Compile and enter monthly production, EHS, and safety data.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
  • Knowledge of logistics, shipping systems, and business operations.
  • Familiarity with mining and mill processes, MSHA regulations, and environmental compliance is a plus.
