Bore Operator

Shift: Morning (6:00 AM – 4:30 PM)
Break: 30 Minutes

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators (B) to join our production team. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up machines and equipment efficiently and safely.

• Troubleshoot and maintain assigned equipment.

• Report unresolved equipment issues to the supervisor.

• Use measurement tools to ensure product specifications are met.

• Operate boring machines and comply with all company policies and safety regulations.

• Perform daily maintenance, including fluid checks and changes.

• Keep accurate records of time and production.

• Follow specifications, blueprints, and job orders as directed.

PPE Requirements:

• Safety glasses

• Leather footwear

• Proper hair restraint (for long hair)

• No rings or dangling jewelry

• Additional PPE as directed by supervisor

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a machine operator preferred

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

• Strong attention to detail

• Basic mechanical skills
