Payrate: 18.00/Hr

Shift: Swing shift - 4:00pm - 12:30am

2. 25% Vacuuming and Carpet Care Yes

3. 25% Restroom Cleaning Yes

4. 20% Utility Cleaning Yes

5. 5% Other duties as assigned Yes


PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Of the functions listed above, those marked as "essential" are the essential functions of the positon. Essential functions correspond 

to the primary purpose of the job. Removal of an essential function would fundamentally alter the job.

Based upon an evaluation of work activities, this job has the following physical exertion rating: Medium Work

Definition: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible 

up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Medium work requires walking or standing to a significant degree and pushing 

and/or pulling.


ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Employee must adhere to the schedule set by their supervisor.

Requires the use of a backpack vacuum and restroom floor machine. May require frequent climbing of stairs and has increased 

exposure to germs. This position is part of the Facilities Services Essential Personnel and Weather Essential Personnel.
