Machine Operator

Job Title: Machine Operator
Location: USA Parkway

Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator with basic computer skills who is eager to grow into a cross-functional role. This position offers hands-on training and support, with opportunities to assist in inventory management and yard operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rebar fabrication equipment (shears, benders, cranes, forklifts, welders, etc.)
• Attend training sessions for equipment and safety procedures
• Perform inventory counts and assist with yard operations
• Load and unload materials from trailers
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety protocols and participate in safety programs
• Cross-train on multiple machines and tasks

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience preferred
• Basic computer skills required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Willingness to work overtime, including emergency situations
• Experience in an industrial or heavy equipment environment preferred
