Grave Shift Production Worker

Location: Fernley, NV
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotation (12-hour shifts)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Production Associate to join our plastic manufacturing team specializing in polyethylene liners for ponds and related applications. This is a general labor position that supports the Production Supervisor in operating and maintaining production lines. The role involves handling raw materials, monitoring equipment, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate machinery such as winder, grinder, hopper, or load product into boring machines as directed.
• Maintain knowledge of raw material types and their appropriate manufacturing applications.
• Monitor machine operations, observing lights and gauges to detect malfunctions.
• Inspect and verify product quality through measurements and weight checks.
• Report product quality issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety concerns to the Shift Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Company.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• 1+ years of experience as a Machine Operator (preferred).
• Prior experience in manufacturing (preferred).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs.
• Occasionally lift up to 75 lbs with assistance from Supervisor.
