Shift:

6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Job Description:

Summary:
Responsible for shipping and receiving finished goods, tinting base products to customer-required colors, and assisting the Service Center Manager in achieving Service Center goals.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Warehouse experience preferred
• Forklift certification or ability to pass certification test
• Ability to read and interpret procedure manuals, operating instructions, and safety rules
• Basic computer skills for company processes and training

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for up to 4 hours
• Frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling; occasional sitting and climbing
• Routinely lifts, carries, and moves raw materials or products weighing up to 100+ lbs
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jack, and stock picker

Working Conditions:

• Warehouse setting with some outdoor exposure
• Exposure to hazards such as moving mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, and chemicals
• Atmospheric conditions may include fumes, odors, dust, gases, or poor ventilation

Essential Functions:

• Gather and pack orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks
• Receive and inspect incoming raw materials
• Print labels for pallets or drums
• Obtain freight bills and packing lists
• Print HMIS labels
• Perform cycle counts accurately
• Comply with all safety policies
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Operate LN hand scanner and terminal software
• Participate in Total Quality and ISO Certification
• Perform additional duties as assigned
• Commit to the Company’s safety and quality programs
