Job Opening: Assembly Technician (Floater)

 Location: Minden, NV
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, DOE
Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will support manufacturing operations by assembling parts accurately and efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble parts according to established procedures and specifications
• Learn and apply part names, numbers, and assembly processes
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
• Maintain quality standards and follow all safety guidelines
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a manufacturing assembly environment preferred, but not required
• Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs (large valve assembly) and 50 lbs (small valve assembly)
• Ability to push carts weighing up to 1,500 lbs
• Comfortable working extended hours in a standing position
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and flexibility
