Job Description:
Join our gasket production team as a Silk Screen Printer! This is a hands-on role with great long-term potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain silk screen printing equipment
• Apply paint and paint thinner to gaskets using press
• Set up, run, and break down the printing press
• Replace silk screens by registering templates and securing with “buttons”
• Move painted parts to the oven for curing

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable working with paint, chemicals, and industrial tools
• Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks accurately
• Strong attention to detail for print alignment and screen registration
• Dependable and safety-focused
